So my friend, Staci, and I are little obsessed with mustaches. She just had a birthday, and I gave her a set of mustache napkins that I made. When you wipe your mouth, you have a mustache!

I picked colors that she likes in 4 shades of a denim material, and sewed up some napkins based on a size we have. Then the fun part, I’d already drawn up some ’staches in Illustrator, so I cut out the shapes out of black faux fur. So funny. I may have to back some and make disguises!

Next, with the help of Brendan, I cut out fusible webbing to fit behind them. I ironed them onto the corner of the napkins. Turns out that they need some whip stitching to really hold them in place, but I love them.
